May 31, 2025, will remain a memorable date for AL.MA. and for everyone who joined us for our Open House — an event dedicated not only to the world of fresh pasta and cutting-edge technology for pasta makers, but also to creating a space for connection, inspiration, and exchange between professionals in the industry.

From the very beginning of the day, our showroom was filled with energy and curiosity. Long-time clients, new partners, and pasta enthusiasts had the chance to explore our fresh pasta machines and thermoforming systems up close, discovering the technologies that help make AL.MA. a key player in the international food tech landscape.

 

A journey through Technology and Tradition in the World of Pasta

 

One of the day’s true highlights was the live show cooking with Chef Walter Zanoni, who captivated the audience with a demonstration celebrating the perfect harmony between traditional Italian cuisine and AL.MA.’s innovative pasta-making technology.

Guests were able to watch our machines in real-time as the chef brought refined recipes to life — recipes elevated by the quality of the dough and the precision of our equipment.
The experience concluded with a memorable tasting session, bringing to life what we mean when we say: “innovation in the service of flavor.”

 

Face-to-Face with our Technical Team

 

One of the most appreciated aspects of the event was the opportunity to speak directly with the AL.MA. technical team. Visitors could discuss production needs, new challenges, and customized solutions.
This open dialogue is a cornerstone of our philosophy: we don’t just sell machines — we build relationships and develop solutions by listening first.

Each station told a story: from short and long pasta lines to ravioli systems and packaging solutions, the exhibition pathway showcased how AL.MA. supports customers throughout every stage of pasta production.
